Termite Inspection: Visual evaluation for past and present signs of wood destroying insects. Report is included.

Radon Inspection: A 48-hour test that measures the radon levels in a home. Radon is a clear, odorless gas that permeates up from the soil. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Report is included. In-house service.

Sewer Lateral Inspection: A camera will scope the sewer line to detect any breaks, roots and/or obstructions. Report and video are included. In-house service.

Gas/Mechanical Inspection: All mechanical appliances such as HVAC systems, boilers, water heaters, oven, A/C condenser Freon pressure will be checked. All gas lines on the property will be pressurized and tested for leaks. Report is included. In-house service.

Chimney Inspection: After cleaning all creosote from the chimney, a camera will be used to evaluate the fire box, smoke shelf, damper, and flue. Inspection of the exterior chimney crown and cap will be completed. Report is included.

Mold and Allergen Test: Air samples will be taken in several locations of the house and sent to a third-party lab to determine the presence of mold. Report is included. In-house service.   

Lead Paint and Water Test: Samples will be taken and sent to a third-party lab to determine if the presence of lead is in the paint or water. Report is included. In-house service.

Asbestos and Vermiculite Test: Asbestos can be found in many forms throughout a home of a certain age. A sample will be taken and sent to a third-party lab to determine the presence of asbestos or Vermiculite. Report is included. In-house service.

Pool Inspection-Visual: A visual inspection of the pool will focus on three main areas: structural, deck, and mechanical equipment. Spas can be evaluated too. Report is included.

  • Pool Inspection with pressure test of the pool lines: For an additional cost the lines that are reachable from the edge are pressurized and then monitored for any leaks.
  • Pool Inspection with pressure test of pool lines and main drain: Pressure test of the main drain. This requires certified divers since the main drain is located in the bottom of the pool. The pool must be open and running to test equipment.

Septic and Well Inspection: Inspects all aspects of the septic system, including identifying the age, condition, and type of system, its location and the location of the drain field. Dye will be used to identify where the system is draining. Report is included.
